There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed a Clover

Author Lucille Colandro and illustrator Jared Lee are back at it again with the Old Lady!

In this story, the old lady swallowed a clover as preparations for St. Patrick’s Day were underway. However, she did not stop there. She continued to swallow a clover, daisy, butterfly, and bird. She even swallowed a pot, some gold, and a fiddle! This then led to magic occurring. Everything came back out, and a beautiful rainbow appeared.

After a leprechaun joined the old lady at the rainbow, they danced together to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.
