Context Clues Reading Passages for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Grade with Digital Distance Learning Option:
This no-prep Context Clues Reading Passages product offers print-and-go, standards-aligned, easy-to-use context clues activities for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade. You will also find instructions for distance learning through Google Slides.
This product includes:
- four instructional pages to help students identify context clues
- three different (full-page) reading passages
- three printable worksheets for each passage
- ALL worksheets do have a corresponding answer key as well
Note: These activities are meant to accompany dictionaries at the teacher’s discretion so that students can check the accuracy of their work.

PLEASE NOTE:
Many teachers have indicated that my context clues products are very rigorous for their students. If you are a second-grade teacher, please take a look the vocabulary words included (as well as the format) to determine the appropriateness for your own group this year. Your students may need extra assistance and scaffolding to complete the activities.
