What is it about school that can get us all so … caught up in everything? Thanks for the concrete reminders that mindfulness is worth paying attention to. The time investment will more than make up for itself in class attitudes and focus.

I really liked this for practicing mindfulness with my own son. He struggles with anxiety and it got really bad as he started getting older. I downloaded this resource to try to help him and it has been very beneficial. I wish I taught older kids so I could use it at school too!
